i came back to college about a month ago and right before that i had lost some weight due to emotional stress but since i've been here i've started eating healthier (and more). i've gained about 7-10 lbs in about a month (is this healthy?) and now i'm a couple days late on my menstrual cycle. did my eating habits lead to this occurance?

I know that not eating properly can delay your menstrual cycle but as far as I know if you are eating healthy again you SHOULD be getting back on track.

A couple of days is nothing to worry about. It's possible that the stress of losing and then gaining quickly might've been responsible for it, or it could just be a natural variance. Cycle length is rarely set in stone, stress can affect it, too much exercise, not eating properly, or your body can simply be responding to natural fluctuations in its own cycles.

Weight loss can affect your menstrual cycle. Female athlete with low body fat lose their cycle completely.

there are a number of stuff on your question that could reason your classes to alter. easily, ingesting behavior will exchange your classes. if your classes are in user-friendly terms in simple terms restarting, often that ought to lead them to be very heavy. that's like while a female comes off the pill, their first era off it is going to in all probability be hellish. that's the inflow of hormones or something. keep a watch on it, and notice a dr back if it keeps.
