I don't think God is a commie lib, and He created DNA. And how could DNA evidence cause killers to walk away free? If there is DNA from a person at a crime scene, and that DNA is not from the victim or the accused, and there is no DNA at the scene from the accused, chances are pretty good he didn't do it. We're human shedding machines, and every piece of skin, drop of blood, and strand of hair we shed has DNA in it. Police scour crime scenes and pick up every possible piece of evidence. If they didn't find any of the accused's DNA, but other DNA is present, chances are good that he wasn't guilty.

I support the use of anything that makes our justice system more reliable and accountable.
DNA is such an item.
I certainly don't want innocent people to be on death row or even wrongly punished for a crime they didn't commit.
If they did the crime, they should do the time. If it is a capital offense, they should be executed.

Hey dummy it is saving minority people from jail all the time .And helping to free some of the innocent ones .
If i were you i would keep my mouth shut on DNA testing and be glad it is around .
When you are accused of rape and they use DNA to convict you it also means people can not be falsely accused either and some of those that were are getting out of jail .
