just clean your ear with soft Cotton,
if this doent help go for a cleaning even this doesnt fiix goto doc

Get it checked out with a speciaslist. I am willing ot bet that you may only need to go to your primary care dr. and have your ears cleaned by them. It's quick and painless, and you'll be amazed at how well you can hear afterwards. Some people (my husband included) have canals that are almost a catch basin for ear wax.
My husband goes once a year to have it done. It takes about 3 minutes.
If this does not help, then you may be experiencing a degree of deafness. That is where the specialist would come in

Clean out your ear with a cue-tip or washcloth, whatever you prefer. It could just be a build up of ear wax. If that doesnt help, get a hearing test. If it gets worse, see a doctor.

Being hearing impaired myself I know how this feels. You might have a range loss in your ear causing you to miss certain frequencies of speech. Suggest you get it checked.

Its called selective hearing...I have this as well...No problem here..you just get used to it..
