In America, each state is able to set it's own laws regarding the age at which people can start having sex. They can also set unequal laws depending on whether the person is straight or gay. I know for many states, the legal age is 18, and for others, it is 21.
In Europe, many countries have a legal age of 16. This was recently adjusted in the UK so that the age of consent is now 16 for both straight and gay sex.
The Netherlands have a more complex law, where sex may be legal at age 12 if the partner is not more than 2 years older; and then there are further restrictions up to 16 when anyone is allowed to have sex.
Sex with underage boys is rightly prosecuted in all US states and other countries; these laws are in place to protect children from adult predators. However, at the moment, there is no international definition of age of consent.

What country are you from? Come on. Two 16 year olds consenting with each other then the Dept of Children Youth and Families would treat them the same as a a boy and girl, it is legal. But if anyone is under 14 that is CHILD MOLESTING no matter who they are with.

The legal age says no (18-21) But the age of consent says yes (depending on your area it's 16- 21 in the states.) Legal definition of age of consent: typically does not appear in legal statutes [1], when used with reference to criminal law the age of consent is the minimum age at which a person is considered to be capable of legally giving informed consent to any contract or behaviour regulated by law with another person. This article refers specifically to those laws regulating sexual acts. Oh and you can marry at the age of consent with parents wishs of coarse.

Looks like you're young too, so homosexualing is ok then. Here, if you're under 18 then it's not legal to have sex, so homosexualing would be illegal then.
WHy not just find someone in your own country? Most other countries have an age of consent of 16 years.
