x-12 be the breadth
108=2(x)+2(x-12)
=2x+2x-24
108+24=4x
4x=132
x=132/4
=33

108=2(12+x+x)
108=2(12+2x)
108=24+4x
84=4x
21=x

So, 21 by 33 rectangle (the side that=33 was found by adding 21+12)

l=21
w=21+12=33
