Return from what? Pregnancy? If you are nursing your child, please be careful about severely restricting food/calories, that can harm both you and the baby. It can take several months for all the weight to come off after a baby, it's insane for anyone to expect someone to be back into shape 2 weeks later.

Be careful about extreme limitations in diet at any rate, too quick of weight loss can harm your body. Your body is healing, don't stress about the weight too much, try to take care of yourself. Plenty of fluids, and good nutrition are very important.

You might try The Zone diet, or South Beach diet. I've done Atkins, too, you have to decide what level of carbs you want to return to, what your body can tolerate. Try to restrict just extremely processed carbs - sugar, white flour, white rice, pasta, etc., and choose whole grains instead. Good luck!
