Are there resources on the internet to break up a living arrangement? This is with a lawyer, but with many facts obtained by oneself, so as
not to leave it all in the hands of a lawyer?

Check with your local court house... I think they may have some available information to direct you just that.

I THINK YOU WOULD HAVE TO GO TO COURT TO GET HIM/HER OUT OF THE HOUSE AND GIVE A 30 DAY NOTICE AND NOT ALL STATES RECOGNIZE COMMON LAW PARTNERS CAREFULLY LOOK INTO THAT IN YOUR STATE

no guide needed...go to the civil court, pay the fee and file for an eviction.

if it is your home and you invited him to live with you then you will have to go to court to get him out

you will have evicit them. period. There could be many stipulations as too lease agreement, who owns the home
