well i think that you should just let her know how you feel. wait, the real question is, is she your friend? or just some girl you fantasize over? if she is your frined, than you should tell how you feel. the worst thing that can happen is she turn you down. and the best thing is you have a new love in your life.

tell her but not in english cause that's not ur native language after all probabilities.
i think u doubt that she loves u the way u love her.
try not to look away when u do that even if ur a little shyer. that will probably make her think that ur not sincere.

Don't "Just tell her" tell her and show her and mean it. Even if you're rejected at least you have the memories of trying. Don't be afriad of your feeling and don't be afriad of rejection because even if the person doesn't react exactly how you wanted they will never for get you, you will remain a memory for the rest of their lives.
