The Ramones are a classic punk band. Maybe its their style that you do not like or understand or maybe the lyrics are too quirky for you. Have you listen to all of their music or just a song here and there. They represent a part of American history, Idolized in the Movies, TV shows. They are a part of musical progression. Most of the punk bands as well as some rock listened to these Icons for there Outrageous lyrics that were against the norm as well some of the quickness of there music and songs.
