I'm not entirely sure, not having yet felt polish, african, american, thai, swiss, canadian or anything other than Irish in this life.
On the one hand you could feel quite a nice body but not remember it in the morning.
On the other hand you could be tee-total and feel that was a mistake on your death bed.
You could feel the tight grip of the wee folk on your ankle when you trample a fairy-fort while looking for magic mushrooms.
You might feel lucky, but that would be the whiskey and when you've drunk enough of it you might feel obstreperous or indeed you may just want to dance at the crossroads.
You most likely feel wet alot of the time and not in a good way!

The Ryder Cup is being hosted by Ireland at the moment and they were asking on the radio if golf was an elitist sport. They were interviewing Golfers on a City Council run golf course in North Dublin. One fella said that himself and his two mates pooled in the thirty euro it took to pay for a game. "We call ourselves the three tenners" he said. I like being Irish because there's always a bit of laugh in a conversation. We're definitely wittier than any other nationality I've met.

Like drinking an Irish Coffee, dancing the jig, or getting caught up in St. Patrick's Day festivities.

i had an irish girlfriend some years ago, and when i was with her i was in heaven, so i would say being irish must be pretty bloody good.

if that doesn't suit, then try the Guinness, you'll be sold on being 'irish'...
