When I boot up my Dell PC, and the monitor kicks on, it pops an annoying "Resolution Notifier Optimal Resolution is 1280 x 1024" message. Every time I boot up. Is there a way to disable this message when restarting the PC?
Otherwise, I just have to tap the SELECT button each time, and it would be nice to find a way to disable this message.

Any ideas?

I think you can "satisfy" your monitor by changing the screen settings on your computer.
Try this:
START --> Control Panel --> Display.
Click on Tab "Settings".
Move the slider "Screen Resolution" until it shows 1280 X 1024
Click "OK"
Re-boot.
