Depends what the person saying it intended, seeing it is ebonics. It could mean that you are a gold digger. It can mean you like to play games with people's emotions. It could mean you just like to play video games. It could mean you are able to hold on for a long time in whatever you are doing(you have stamina). It can mean you are down for anything. It all depends on the situation. PEACE!
For example: I don't call females bitches unless they really are, but some women like being called bitches. Why? I don't know. But for an example, if you and I were hanging out and we were jumping off of high cliffs into water, you could be considered a "gaming biatch" just for having the gall to jump with the boys.
