Painful Callus?

I have the most painful calluses on my small toes. I have been to the Dr, and he lasers them, but my toes always start to hurt within a few days. Any suggestions to soften that skin would be greatly appreciated.

I wouldnt have them lasered anymore. Use a foot grinder, then apply a heavy foot creme everyday. Theyll be much smaller and smoother.

Maybe try some different shoes.
