Do you still have to practice safe sex, or is it not necessary?

I mean, there are other forms of birth control that doesn't protect you from std like pills, or shots.

Thanks

of course you can pass a std to your partner if you are married, but that's only if you already have one,and unless you go get a blood test before marriage to find out if you have anything and even those do not find everything for instance aids can show up 7 years after you contracted it and unless you are a true virgin by that i mean if you have never had any sexual contact included never having oral sex you can't be sure , by the way for people who do not know you can contact the same std's from oral sex as you can from having intercourse the only difference is you are less likely to get pregnant, so the answer is yes u can give a std to your partner, even 7 years after you have contracted it.

You can only transmit an STD if one partner has one. If you know neither of you has one and you're faithful to one another, you don't need to worry about "safe" sex. How would babies be concieved if everyone having sex used a condom?

First of All- I would suggest you both getting tested for any /all STD's - then if faithful after tests come back negative - then yes its safe- but you never know if something from the past will show up- Be careful , be safe, be TESTED-Good Luck

well if you married him i would say he is faithful. Sometimes youjust don't know. There are alot of crazy men out there. I know for a fact my husband is loyal and faithful i will never have to practice safe sex.

You should both get tested first before you have unprotected sex, even in a marriage.
After that, if you are confident that the person you are with is faithful... its totally up to you.
Good luck!

I would think that they could be trasmitted especially if either one of you had it prior to the marriage...even though the both of you have been faithful...I know I would want to protect myself..

yes through public toilet sits, though chances of that happening is 2% i dont think anyone should believe their partner if they said they ve contraced one from a toilet sit (perfect excuse)

If you have herpes, that could be, but if you are both clean and faithful, it is very remote
