Some says that it is unlikely to transmit HIV that way because the juice don't carry much virus as in semen.

But most others says HIV is transmitted by blood, semen, vaginal fluid, and breast milk.

Then what the hell is vaginal fluid??
I am confused

Vaginal secretions only carry minimal viral loads.
Yes there is a possibility of infection but it's on a par with being hit by lightning or winning the sweepstakes.
Precautions: latex is a bind, just make sure that your dental hygiene is good (if you have an exposed wound in your mouth, or bleeding gums, you increase the likelihood of being infected).
Perhaps best not to take risks during menstruation.

Breast milk is a source, but the quantities ingested are far greater and its goes into the digestive system, even then transmission rates are surprisingly low, blood is a source particularly blood transfusion, needle sharing, and skin exposure to copious quantities of infected blood. Semen is a known risk particularly via the anus. This is because the tissue of the anus/rectum is frequently very slightly damaged during sex, and the virus can then get into the blood. I have been repeatedly exposed to the virus this way and I attribute my lucky escape mainly to the fact that we used a lot of lubrication.

The virus can be transmitted with exposure to mucous membranes or direct contact with the bloodstream(as in open wounds, bleeding gums, and so on). While the amount of virus in a bodily fluid does seem to be a measurement of the likelyhood of transmission, the fact that a case hasn't been reported does not mean that it is impossible to be caught that way. Freak accidents occur. Why take chances?

All bodily fluids carry small traces of blood and can transmit the HIV virus.

Is your parter HIV+? If so, use a thin piece of latex placed between the vulva and tongue.

Kissing is the safest when it comes to HIV and is only dangerous when a person has bleeding gums or sores in their mouth. It's not 100% safe, but has the lowest risk I should say.
