Get a restraining order and if he violates it have him arrested and ppress charges...

i am kinda in the same boat but i married the guy. i ended up having to go to the court and getting a civil protection order. he still is every where i go so keep a cell phone on hand and have to report everything all the time some people never learn so good luck remember your child's and your safety come first stop it before it is to far.

Definately get a restraining order, you and your son don't need to put up with that.

Find yourself a good lawyer and try to get his *** in jail
