Maybe your immune system is depleted. How is your diet? Do you eat fresh vegetables, fruits and whole grains? This strengthens your immune system so that you can fight off germs. Do you smoke cigarettes and drink alcohol? This depletes your immunity to germs. How about exercise and sunshine? This makes you stronger too. Are you run down? Do you get enough sleep? This can weaken you as well.

We are all exposed to the germs continually. It's our immune system that keeps us healthy. lifestyle is the most important factor.

In the meantime try taking the herb astragalus in tincture form. It will boost your immunity to fight the sickness.

Feels like you're dying? You never got over the first cold. You probably improved, resumed your life, and the sickness reoccured. After you feel well, you still have to take it easy or the cold and symptoms WILL return. But see a doc, make sure its not pneumonia and doc can tell you if its an allergy or not. But these multiple cold things have been going around this year and have in past years, hanging on forever it seems. See a doc.And make very sure right now to drink Gatorade, eat (and breath in the vapors)chicken soup, eat to keep your stamina, strenght. A hungry body that only processes that it is ill, can get pretty weak with an ambivalent appetite.

Alot of the reason you will get one is from rigidity, meals with diverse acid (tomatos, grapefruits) or severe chilly or warm. i'd propose taking a supplement called Lysine. you will get it from Walmart for like 3 greenbacks with the supplementations. Take like 2-3 an afternoon, verify on an empty abdomen! yet which will make your chilly sores pass away in a rely of three or 4 days. I stay by making use of it while ever i'm getting one.

You probably have a compromised immune system. Could be from stress, too much partying, too much working. From not eating properly. You could have a bug the doctor hasn't found with a simple physical, ask your Doc to do a comprehensive blood screening, they can be very helpful. But if you use illegal substances of any type you could be in for uncomfortable questions!!!!!!

You need to boost your immune system up again. If you have been drinking anti-biotic, you'd need to replace all your natural antibodies by eating yogurt. Eat lots of fruit and drink vitamins. Natural herbal teas also help.
