I think is one of the best things Yahoo have done.
Sometimes stupid questions or non-decent ones make me wonder the same you did in this question.
It is very interesting to know others opinions or answers, the ind of things people ask, besides, I like to "see" answers in other countries like Argentina, England, etc. is even more interesting.

I think its okay some questions people ask on here could have been googled, and other questions just bash peoples countries, religions, and sexual prefrences, and then other questions ask disgusting things pertaining to sex when they can always go to a bookstore or library to find those answers. So yahoo answers is kind of pointless.

At times I don't. But other times I do. If there something I don't know and were to look I ask a question. Sometimes I get great answer. Other times they get the dumbest answer you can think of.
