Which brands are better?

Brands don't matter..it is just the same when the price is cheap, can't have assurance which one would be better or safer..but would save a lot of money. it has something to do with the one who use it..if it satisfy her no matter what brand or how much it cost..
100 yen shops goods are becoming popular now..to make sure it would be better for your skin..try using all brands and decide which one would work for you,..price is cheap, test it. or ask the store manager.

Never use eyebrow pencil or any makeup things of 100 yen shop. To use for body nothing is safe and good in 100 yen shop.
Though other non-organic many things are good in 100 yen shop.

they are right it will depend person to person. but i can suggest the EVER BELENA. i use it until now. but i dont buy the eyecolor and fondation in 100yen shop.

for eyebrow it doesn't really matter as long as it turn out nice.
if you have concerned use shiseido
