Each year, the few privileged countries of the West generate an enormous consumer roll out of the latest "styles" for women to follow. To hear other voices of designers from other areas of the world is almost impossible. How can we truly have a global village if only a handful of people in that village are telling everyone else how to dress?

Yes, too true. I think the world is a too hung up over something so stupid. Why is it France brings in BILLIONS of American money to buy stuff thats in "STYLE" I bet if Luis Vuittion made a "paperbag bum style" they would sell if for thousands each. AND WE WOULD BUY IT.

people dress how they want to dress, but fashion is inspired. other than that, i have NO idea what you're ranting on about.
