An older gentlemen that use to visit me when I was at work would always say godspeed to me. I took a heart felt taking to it when he stopped and explained that when leaving may god be not leading you nor following but at your side and your speed.

So I say Godspeed to you sir :)

depends where or why they are leaving, if its for travel wishing them a safe trip, if its for another job then good luck would be appropriate
