Don't - they have more character that way. Mine is slowly becoming a half-keyboard-half-ashtray hybrid - it's brilliant - but if I cleaned it I'd lose all of that charm.

Get one of those cans of compressed air (at Staples or any office supply store). It will blast out the dirt and particles. Then gently wipe the keyboard down with a cloth and a mild soap.

brush the gaps with an old dry toothbrush and suck out the dust using the vacuum cleaner (use a tabletop vacuum or set your normal vacuum on the weakest suction power--otherwise it might suck a key or two in!). finish by wiping your keyboard with a slightly damp cloth with a bit of sprayable multipurpose cleaner, or with disinfectant towellettes.

what color is ur keyboard?? if it's white for sure there will be black dirt, so u have to wipe it wif a damp cloth and a multipurpose cleaner will do to clean it up, or use old toothbrush. if ur keyboard is black, just use the vacumm to remove the dirt. hope my words helping u little bit... =)

Use compressed air!

Turn the keyboard upside down then use the compress air in short bursts!

fill your bathtub with sudsy water and let soak for 24 hours. Scrub problem areas with a used toothbrush.

smash it in half then vacuum out the inside then superglue it back together
