Well, guess it depends... Personally I would just tell them the joke was corny. (Honesty is the best policy) This usually makes them stop. I don't think it would hurt their feelings unless you're in a big group of people and you're the only one not laughing. You should be as polite as possible, maybe they don't know their jokes stink, in the long run you may be able to spare someone else the pain of having to listen to the joke!!

i find some corny jokes funny but if i didnt i would smile and just move the conversation on qick so the person does not feel too bad
