there is something called reflex action. Reflex action is defined as "spontaneous automatic mechanical response to stimuli by the action of spinal chord without the involvement of brain". This reflex action takes place in our body without the involvvement of brain but with the involvement of spinal chord and this is the reason why we shout when we are in pain. Is that clear?

because of our reflexes.. it occurs automatically and involuntarily as a result of the nervous system’s reaction to a stimulus
