He's a great showman, and he's getting better as time goes on. I think he has definite potential, but I would still like to see him in a one-on-one pillow fight with Maria. :)

Please tell me you didn't just ask this question.

First off you need to distinguish between wrestler and entertainer.

As a wrestler Cena is far from being the greatest. Kurt Angle, Curt Hennig, Bret Hart, Chris Benoit, those are great wrestlers. Pure technicians in the ring. Cena has a handful of moves (five knuckle shuffle, FU, STFU, sit down powerbomb, ummm ok maybe only 4 moves) the rest of the match is fill in time for the opponent. In all honesty, Cena isn't even in my top 20 in terms of wrestling talent in the company right now let alone all time.

As for being an entertainer, he is good I will give him that. His matches are exciting to watch mainly for some of the bumps he is willing to take sometimes not for his in-ring wrestling. His promos aren't bad and he can definitely play the face like no other today. But he isn't even the greatest entertainer of all time. Names like Hogan, Rock, Austin, HBK, Savage all come to mind before Cena.

So to answer your question he is not the greatest wrestler of all time. Not even close.

WHAT? why ask that question now John Cenas been in WWE for like 3 years has won the US belt once and the WWE belt 3 times he cant wrestle. You should be asking questions like is Kurt Angle the greatest wrestler ever or Bret Hart in my opinion i think Shane O mac is more entertaining to watch in a match than Cena so the correct answer is no and he will never be one of the greats

He is definitely not the greatest ever. He is good on the mic, but that's it his in ring skills are always the same and his is not fluent at all in any match. And FOR GOD'S SAKE HE NEEDS TO QUIT SALUTING WHEN HE COMES TO THE RING!!!!
