Most people pass by strangers without saying hello, don't they? Maybe I'm jaded because I live in NYC but really that doesn't sound so odd to me.

If u wanna catch the attention of guys, then try to be more outspoken.. U seem to be a shy sort of girl.. try to come out of that sheltered corner and make ur presence felt by sometimes doing funny things in class/school/college/workplace. do soemthing they wont experct of u... But U should not pay atention to d guys whose attention u seek... Avoiding guys is the best technique of attracting them to u... so even u shud just look throug them.. pass by them withoput saying hello or smiling.. Try to put on that "x-factor' attitude in ur personality.. hang out with ur friends and make new frnds...
when u r out in d open this way i m sure u will attract attention of evry1 around u

well..maybe u r too hot and other might think that u r taken by a hotter guy~ that was what happen to my friend..she just so super cutie n hot..n no guys ever look at her or ask her for a date..later on..this one jerk said that she is beautiful and became her bf..
so..the moral from the story..talk to everybody~ so that people will notice u as a single person..n u will have a lot more choice too!~

Go the extra mile..makeup, dress not so casual (not provocative..sends wrong message), smile, say hello first, ask how their day's going and be sincere about it. Be a good listener. Ask their opinion about something that may be of interest to them, not just you. Good luck!

You could start by changing your avatar..it makes you look like Galen from "Planet of the apes"....I'm not saying you do look like him. If the guys are strangers,there's no reason why they should say hello. Try smiling and saying hello first
