On why we cry, obviously if something emotional, wether good or bad happens it is going to release in some way, and tears of joy or sorrow are the same tears, it is not as if green tears appear for sadness and pink for joy, so why does an emotion wether good or bad make us cry, and why do some people not cry at all. Is crying something that should be encouraged or repressed? is crying good for you?

dear,
crying definitely makes me feel better. anyone if has a problem, sorrow or joy wud like 2 xpress it somehow. wat better way than cryin. in my opinion u must always leave a crying person(sp. on account of sorrow) alone as spending some time alone wud make him understand and comprehend his problems better. it will also help in gettin solutions. whn 1 is alone he thinks and broods over things and is more likely 2 come over a decision whn alone as he's free from anyone's disagreements. so in my opinion crying is a really gud way of letting ur emotions free and i plead u never 2 disturb some1 while he's crying. u r stoppin him from coming 2 a decision.
crying is somethin i love :,-( (i'm emotional again, boohoo!)
thanx 4 askin a Q, so easy 4 some1 like me 2 answer(an experienced crybaby, u c!)

For me it has to release some pain otherwise I will not be able to go on with life with my break-up. I've cried after sex and I used to feel like crying makes me look weak and I've had to come to terms with that. It feels better knowing that even if it might seem weak in others eyes it helps me get through life. It should be encouraged to some degree, but you must remind that person that everything will be alright.

yes crying is good it helps u deal with ur pain i know i did a lot of it when my ex cheated on me it helps ur body heal the pain. It helps u to release all the bad stress that u keep inside. some people dont like to seem weak they believe if they cry they are weak but its not like that it takes a real person to show who they really are and how they feel i know i cry happy or sad i show it and i dont care who says I'm weak i know I'm not. Crying makes you stronger not weaker.
