Depends on what brand. If they're anything put out by TEKEL, the State Monopoly on Tobacco, Alcohol and Salt, about 1 YTL (New Turkish Lira). If an import brand, up to 4YTL.

For a packet of ciggis I paid 2,50EuroÂ´s. So quite cheap.
Here in Germany one packet costs 4,00Euro... (Malboro)
