I live in Spain and a carton of cigarettes (20 packs, right?) costs anywhere from €15-€29 at the state owned tobacco shops, which are cheaper than vending machines by 15 cents on all brands. I don't know where the other people buy their cigarettes so cheaply!

depends on the brand. for example Camel costs 2.40 so 10 packs it's 24 euros. see. The cheapest tabac costs 1.80 bust now there is a law that the cheapest one can't be inferior of 2 euros so that mean's that the cartoon will costs between 20 -30 euros
