Why?
Give me a great example. Then state the country you live in. And if your country has done any similar or worse actions in the whole history of your country then you are disqualified from answering(well you could still answer but you will be totally ignored by me)

For those of you people who dont know Bush lost the popular vote in the second election. That means that most of america didnt vote for him. In america only the electoral votes are added up to determine who will be president.
If you want to know what an electoral vote is than look it up your damn self

USA. Why assume that "hate" is a justifiable emotion?

They hate us because we are one of the newest pipsqueaks on the block (200+ years is relatively short for a nation) and we tried an experiment with our form of government. And it has worked. The world has been hating us while they take our checks for many, many years, btw.

I don't consider another's jealousy to be my problem to fix.

I'm an American and have traveled extensively throughout the world, Have been around the world three times in my life. I have noticed that people from other cultures don't so much hate America, as they do the perception of America. We, as a free society often forget, or are just ignorant of the fact, that other cultures don't have the benefits of our society. Education, access to information, clean drinking water, food, decent health care, not to mention freedom. Our history is subject to scrutiny from scholars and changed regardless of popular opinion when it's wrong. Some other cultures idea of our history comes from watching American movies and viewing them as a documentary. It is no wonder a lot of cultures don't like the U.S., think of the movies produced here that you could use for propaganda if you happened to be a dictator.I also believe a lot of these feelings are a result of ignorance on the part of Americans, we sometimes feel our values are superior to everyone else's and do not take the time to understand other cultures and their traditions. Then we go to their countries and insult them out of our own ignorance. All this being said, and truly understanding all the cultures I was exposed to, I would not and did not hesitate to kill anyone who threatened America, regardless of their ignorance. So, maybe I'm the reason.

there's a differance to hating Obama, and hating united states.. the international maximum hate it, some dislike it and idividules like it. it truly is because of your countless, conflict's and political involement in foriegn affair's and your pushy, strategies in politics to at least some thing of the international. and also the uneducated basic human beings boasting about their lack of historic past as if they conquered the international. attempt getting an empire first, alongside with a kingdom, and extremely last for three hundred years as an excellent means then you extremely can boast.. ! also the actual undeniable reality that the american English langauge is so widley used human beings fail to actrully communicate/spell English. and then you've human beings's well being deteriating because of resturants such as Mc donalds, burger king, KFC. in Europe we eat efficient meals such as pasta and a mediterian weightloss plan can make you stay 15 years LONGER.. in Asia, they eat alot of eco-friendly meals, and insect's it truly is extremly healthy. also the actual undeniable reality that Obama, has come for the time of many circumstances as Anti British, do you recognize the way a lot impact the British have on the international ???

Everybody hates me,
Nobody likes me,
Going to the garden to dig worms,
Long thin skinny ones,
Big fat Juicy ones....

Some of the words to a song from a long time ago.

You can control Bushes actions. It all depends on how you vote. even writing your representatives, even a letter to the editor of your news services.
You live in a democracy, you are responsible.
Do something.
Whining about why the rest of the world is annoyed with the only remaining superbully is not a just response and does no justice to you or your country.

I dont think the whole entire world hates America. Some people are jealous of all the freedoms we have. That can cause hate against us. In the arab world, the poor children are brain-washed from the time they start school, thru young adulthood that we are the great satan. These kids are programmed to believe that killing us gets them into heaven. In order to stop the hate, we need to eliminate the Psychopaths who are doing the brain-washing!

I can't really think of people who authentically hate America. It's leaders, sure, but even despite boneheads like Bush, I can't think of anyone who wouldn't rather live in the US than their own country, except maybe Canadians, but that's not the point.

I'm American, by the way.

the american government unilatterally deciding that they can place a a tarrif on softwood lumber coming from canada( because they thought it was not fair that canadians could produce lumber cheaper) After many court battels it was decided that there was no dumping going on by canada.now they have to pay the money back but dont want to pay the whole shot.guess you guys spent too much on arms and such.
As for you not being able to controll his actions
I thought that the U.S was the protector(maby even the Inventor of Democracy around the world) so the american people are directly responsible for electing the Bush government,Republican >house and senate.therefore being responsible for the actions of your government.
By majority you voted them into power!!!!!!!!

I myself do not hate americans but I hate the government. Americans are usual people but they should try to get the control of their country and believe the real things. most of the things they watch or listen on all their media about muslims and other countries that are againts America are often the lies that governors want them to believe.I am an iranian.

Everyone (well not really everyone) hates U.S. because it's the most powerful country in the world. That's something to be afraid of, and if you've watched Star Wars V, Yoda will say fear leads to anger; anger leads to hate; and hate, leads to suffering.

I live in the Philippines by the way. If you're gonna try to find some dirt on my country, DON'T. I'LL DO IT FOR YOU.

There's not much about my country except for its REALLY corrupt government. Only when they're BURNING IN HELL will they realize that taking the taxes and using it to improve their BANK ACCOUNTS and not the country is like STEALING A BILLION TIMES OVER.

P.S. I don't hate the U.S. I love it. And I'll be there someday.

Since the USA is supposed to be a democracy where you elect your leader then your President represents the views of the majority of the population and you have the power to control his actions.
