i always find it a bit odd to be honest, i kinda think that they're a bit girly and dont want to get their hair wet....
Have you noticed that they always have HUGE umberellas as well? girls have these tiny little things and men have the massive golf umberallas - tres bizarre!

No, there is nothing 'weedy' in using an umbrella. It is common sense really.

No.I think it's fine if a man uses a umbrella but I hope he's only using it for the rain and not to hide himself from the sun.

Umbrellas are to protect you from the elements, and I'd assume that applies to men just as well as women.

People dont like to get wet, just coz a man doesnt use an umbrella doesnt make him more masculine

Of course not. Men who don't like to get wet (especially if they wear a suit) carry an umbrella.
Whilst we're on it, the worst offenders are women. They are, in general, shorter than men, and insist on holding their brolly so close to their head to prevent their precious hair getting wet. This, in turn, means they can't see a damned thing apart from the pavement, and are completely oblivious to all the people coming the opposite way who have to dive out of their way to avoid them!
That's better - just had to get that off my chest.

I've never seen a man use an umbrella. I don't mind getting wet, and would probably never use one.

Im sure in western countries,men looks funny with umbrellas but in asian countries where i belong,that is very acceptable.
