Not always....sometimes. If I work hard, get up early everyday , teach school and then take care of my family at night....no, I don't feel guilty. But if you are talking about on the weekend, what kind of work are you talking about? Yardwork? Washing the car?
or an actual job? If I take a day off work, no I don't feel guilty.
If it is the weekend, I might if there are alot of chores to do. I don't feel guilty, but I might feel antsy or anxious ......the sun seems to say "Get up" "Go have fun" .....I know what you are trying to ask. If you do work hard everyday, don't begrudge yourself one day of lounging around....it is therapeautic--don't give yourself a guilt complex....I bet your parents had a strict work ethic.....mine did.

not consciously at the time but now I consider myself to be guilty if I pass up the opportunity to spend a nice day outside.

Good question - yes I do, so if I can, I go outside and read a book (location permitting!)

not really cos in my spare time i'm on the computer and whilst my brain is saying go outside and enjoy the rays, my body saying i can't be botherd lets continue surfing.

,Not at all, my work can be quiet physical at times, so if its a nice sunny day,and you dint do it often, then why not.
