I mean it ranks them based on most viewed and most emailed, but why do people find that one so compelling? Thats been there for a couple weeks now. Its a grotesque image. I feel sorry for that sheep, what a way to go. (Not that becoming veal parmesan is any better)

People are curious creatures. They want to know what it looks like. The story spreads, more and more people hear about it and get curious and look at the photo. In fact, there's probably a few people who will go search for this photo after reading your question. All out of curiosity.

I have not seen the photo but I am sure that photo's taken from the book entitle, The Little Prince.

Because it actually is a reality, a little scare, but just looking at a picture is safe. So people share it with a friend who doesn't use yahoo. Then they share it with a friend.... So it get looked at every day.
