It's because Europe is not a huge market share for Sony. North America and Japan will account for the largest share of the sales for the PS3, so they are putting north America first. If you live in Europe you will have to wait till march, but you guys will get have a lot more titles to play when it does come out, and you will know exactly what others think of the system, so you will know the pro and con's of the system. Also Sony has talked about offering a discount for Europe when it does launch, so waiting may not be that bad.

Europe always gets treated badley when it comes to games and consoles, were the butt end tbh.

I'll actualy put money on the PS3 being put back again, the one saving grace is that Metal Gear Solid 4 might be a "Releace Title" when we finaly get it

Not really the console suck's. Get A 360 PEOPLE. Its for the mature gamer and when you watch a movie of a game you know ITS NOT a pre-rendered video and the other thing sony done was to use video from 360 games. Come into the light carol-ann

yeah & no. yeah cus we have to wait 5 months longer.no cus they are launching them in usa & japan earlier cus they wud sell the most in those to countries. more than likely they will bring the price down in europe aswell
