We live in Barabdos, average temp is 32 degrees with some days feeling like 40 plus.
Brugmansias thrive - tho we have found they do prefer some protection from the mid day sun - we found this even when we grew them in British Columbia, Canada, where we hauled them in to our garage for the winter.
Here they grow into trees - outside. So I am sure they will do just fine for you.
PS, They are very heavy feeders, so fertilize with a high middle number for lots of blooms, frequently.

They normally bloom in cooler climates. Unless you keep them fertilized and watered. To your question, i wish i could give you a good answer but i don't know how your weather is there.
