have 2 children already, have missed period don't want to test just yet have not been feeling myself but not quite the same as when i fell pregnant with my girls, have dull ache, quesyness, constant need to wee... could this be pregnacy symptoms??

I'm pregnant with my second and felt completely different this time around to when I had my first (they're both girls too).

I had a 2 year old and a an 8 month old who I had just started weaning. My period had started again. I was expecting the next one and it just didn't happen. I took a pregnancy test, coincidentally on Mother's Day and was flabbergasted to see a positive reading. My then husband freaked out at the thought of 3 children but I felt it was God's will. 8 months later I had a baby girl (after 2 boys). And now, 14 1/2 years later, I thank God everyday because I was blessed with the most gorgeous daughter you could ever imagine who is in honors classes at school and sweet and talented. Everything happens for a reason, even though, at this point, you may feel overwhelmed. BTW, my pregnancies with my boys felt totally different than my pregnancies with my girls (I had another girl 6 years later). GOOD LUCK!!

Go to the doctor and get a blood test done, you will then know for sure. it is possible to have your period while being pregnant.
Early signs of pregnancy:
Spotting
Nausea/vomiting
Headache
Food cravings
Heightened sense of smell
Missed period
Backache
Crampy
Extreme fatigue
Tender/swollen breasts
Frequent trips to the bathroom
These signs can appear as soon as implantation or anytime after, each woman is different! Some women have all of these, some have a few and some women don't have any signs

At least if you take the test you won't have to worry and stress for a couple of weeks. Some of the tests out there are predict pregnancy just days after missing your period.

Just take a test or go to the doctors, its the only way you'll now for sure, I'd say yes u r pregnant!!

You have 2 kids already and STILL don't know the signs of pregnancy? Try calling your doc. Do you think the doctors are sitting here waiting to answer questions on Yahoo?

yes you could be pregnant. Just use an over the counter test and see. Sometimes you can even find those in the dollar store and they worked good for me.

There are such things as home pregnancy tests and they are very cheap and accurate. Rather than stressing yourself out wondering whether you are or are not pregnant, why not just buy the test and get it over with?

all the symptoms but without a test u can not be sure for at least another month and by that time if these symtoms are some other health problem you will be in trouble.
