have a nice veggie pasta bake, instead of dead animal.
Chicken has been proved 2 B the most abused of domestic animals.
They add water, pig fat & bleach the flesh 2 make it look fresh.

Well it depends on the size of the breast and whether you can get it succulent and juicy enough.
I would add sauce with the breast tho as my hubby says mine are so much better covered in something!!
