some kind of "experience" you can share? ie http://www.directexperiences.co.uk/
A break away? Even if one night if budget doesnt allow much.
Trying Googling "unusual gifts" and see what comes up.
Don't go with perfume or a DVD etc, that's pretty lame LOL

Why not take her on a trip where the two of you can do something together, like to a bed & breakfast with a couple of days of hiking? I don't know where you are but Sedona, AZ is beautiful this time of year. There are lots of neat places to stay and outdoor things to do, it's very artsy and just a cool place to walk around.

Its not very personal but a gift card works wonders when stuck for what to get someone..& store of her choice not yours...Or something that she would enjoy & want not need..Nothing wrong with being masculine as long as she knows when to kick it into feminine mode! =)Amusement parks are always alot of fun for any ages,or do something different that you both have yet to try..like a rodeo, car races, flea market shopping, local festivals..etc...have fun!

Nice underwear, nothing cheap or nasty, or with frills obviously! A voucher for a massage ( home made or with a pro!)
Have the champers chilled for when she gets home.
Book a weekend away?
Whatever she has hinted at and you missed it!!
Dinner in a restaurant thats just slightly out of your price range.
Have fun!!

Well, i'd say a pamper day at a health spa. Masculine or not, everyone likes a bit of relaxation. Or if you can afford it, a secret weekend away somewhere

shoes and a dress with accessories (earrings, handbag, bracelet, ring) pay to get her nails and hair and make-up done then take her out to a nice restraunt and show her off...i bet she'd look stunning in a girly outfit....instead of looking so masculine, other than that get her a tool kit and a welders mask...no just kidding....i think she would love some girly stuff and dress up for her birthday, unless she's already made plans with her friends...she would truly appreciate it if you went out and picked them yourself...my partner did this for my when i had my birthday...i am not masculine but i loved what he bought me

something she liked as a child? maybe a copy of her favourite childhood book? re-jurgle some old happy memories? or something that says you love her. just think of stuff she loves, stuff thats individual to her and type in some words on ebay. see what comes up.

She's 32 and probably always busy. Why not take her to a luxury spa?
