Download google earth. go to google.com and you will find it listed there. You can go all over and even up to the houses and streets, they are still shots but really cool. If you want live feed then you have to get the plus version and for that there is a fee.

I live in California. I have regular channels, and that includes spanish channels from Mexico. But, you can get channels from all over the world.
