I had initiated long back a medicine bank for the free distribution of medicine among the economically compromised person. There was tremendous response to it. Now anyone from any city interested in taking forward this vision into reality may contact me and we shall form a group in yahoo to take it forward.

You must go for real needs assesment for that and it also depends how much you can spend. Even if you make a hospital in any city the needy ppl are residing in remote areas and the will not have access to your hospital. It would be better if you can concentrate on mobility of patient.
You can provide Ambulance supported with POL to take the needy person to the facility in time.
