We are definately much more equal than we ever were before in the past 100 years. Something we are all grateful for.

You mean regarding apartheid?
I don't think people will change overnight, it will take generations. The laws might have changed but the inner workings of people remain the same.
I come from a country where slavery was abolished over a century ago but yet the descendants of the slaves display a subservience to those they felt were the masters. Sometimes, the behaviour might even be antagonistic. But the need to show that "I am better than you" remain.
So while SA might be on the road, the drive is very long and winding.

RACE? I'll rather not go there, because then the people will think I'm a racist, but actually just straight forward and honest.

Men and Women, NO NO NO NO NO!!! We are suppose to be equal, but put a man and a women on the same working level, the man still thinks he has got THE authority! Put a women in a top position, then it suddenly becomes discrimination!!! I ASK YOU HOW!!!!!?????

SO THE ANSWER IS: COME ON TAKE A GUESS?????

NO NO NO NO NO NO NO NO NO NOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!

I assume you are talking about race. There are many in the county and at the bottom of the list is the white male. As your skin tone darkens you find yourself higher up the racial ladder.
