I mean "What is the speed a parachutist usually reaches the ground"

Impossible to tell, you have different weights for every parachutist, not every parachute is made the same too, then the parachutist can slow down and speed up his decent, you have to get all of your parameters together and then there is probably an equation out there that will give you an estimate, but you can not get anything set in stone.

without parachute the term is terminal velocity which is about 150 MPH
with parachute speeds will vary depending upon weight ,wind , and angle of decent
