If you can get your hands on the original F-50+ by Adidas, then that is the way to go. Ive been playing my whole life and those have been the best cleats I've had so far. As far as the cleats are concerned, the plastic one will work well on both grass and turf. Remember, the original F-50+, not the plastic crappy ones that came out prior to this year's World Cup. If you can't find them, Puma carries a wide-range of really good shoes.

I suggest you try on lots of different types and find the one that feels most comfortable. It depends on the shape of your feet really. As far as i understand football boots are for playing outdoors (that's why you have studs) Trainers are for playing indoors.

i advise that you get one pair of astro turfs and one pair of boots changable studs mean you can change what type of studs you have also playing with boots on indoors will reck your boots studs and also the surface you are playing on, boots are best for grass and astro's are best for indoors and on astro turf

Your best bet is to go to the store and try some on. Find out which ones fit your foot shape the best. Walk around the store in them and see how they feel.
