Don't be frustrated. Do not quit it unless suitable arrangements are made.

Don't quit until you have another job first and tell the new job you'd like to give the present one two week notice, then hand your two week notice/resignation letter, to the boss and walk out. Do it politely.
If the new job doesn't want to wait two weeks, then just go to the other job and give them the letter of resignation.
The letter of resignation should state something along the line of you not seeing how further employment with this (The present job) company could be beneficial to either party.

By law you don't owe your boss an explanation. It would be nice for you to give the company a 2 week notice though, you never know, you might need them for a job reference in the future. All your boss needs to know is that you are resigning your position.

do take time to seriously comtemplate as once u submit the resignation, u will not take it back again. while it is true boss will ask u to take it back but it just doesn't reflect on u well if u retract your stand. meanwhile, take time to look for another job and ask your friends what they think. don't tell your colleagues except those trustworthy. best wishes.
