Two songs by The Jam have collided below. Which two songs?

Remove the actual lyrics from those two songs, and the extra words left behind can be rearranged to form the TITLE of a third Jam song. What is that song?

'Paint-splattered toffee wrappers
and this morning's paper
All headlines of death and sorrow
Watching the world news
The screech of brakes
and the lamplights blinking around -
Mr. Jones got run down'

Clue: Words cannot be counted twice.

River, you're right. The full lyrics from 'That's Entertainment go:

'Days of speed and slow time Mondays, pissing down with rain on a boring Wednesday, WATCHING THE NEWS and not eating your tea...'

Once that 'news' is removed once, the title of 'News Of The World' can't be formed again. Thanks, everyone : )

I'm with Pefkiboy. And if Mr Jones got run down you could add Smithers - Jones!
