I had a very explicit dream that me and my cousing (whom I grew up with in the same house) were doing nasty things to each other but right when I was getting ready to penetrate her, another member of my family walked in on me. what does this mean, Am I a sicko or what.

Forget Satan.... and relax, you can be sure you are not a sicko.
Lots of "normal" people dream "abnormal" events and there is nothing to be scared of.
The meaning of dreams is personal to the dreamer and my answer or anyone else's isn't YOUR dream. Each part of this, such as her, your act of penetrating her, and the other member of your family, has a meaning in your mind. It may be sort-of-real or totally symbolic. The subconscious mind is not rational and does not make the logical connections that the onscious mind does. A Gestalt counsellor might be able to help you work with this if you feel it's important for you to.
The word "nasty" catches my eye. You don't explain it.... and it raises the question that in your mind might there be a yucky feeling about sex acts? In which case does the other member of your family who walks in, possibly, represent some kind of authority figure who is a subpersonality inside your mind (an aspect of yourself) who is telling you not to (penetrate)? (How do you feel [not think] reading this?)

This dream could mean many things...it could be a natural attraction..if you get along and have a lot in common. It could be a idea planted there by Satan to get you to do things you hadn't considered. Whatever the reason you had the dream you should resist that temptation because you know it is wrong and it would be hurtful to her. She looks up to you, since you are older and in her innocence she would not know how to resist. Pray and turn your mind away form any form of lustful thoughts of her...It is a sin and you know it...Also it will get you put into jail quick...the dream is warning and you will get caught.

dream is a way to express ur own deep mind's thoughts.. so i think u r having a long time liking to have sex with her.. if she says ok for this go ahead and enjoy but dont get caught by anybody...
