I sleep 8 hours every night at the least.
Do not smoke
Use a dam good foundation and dam good toners for the skin.
I drink pints of water that does help the skin but not the black circles
Tea bags/cucumber cools the eyes that is it for me.

Dark circles are a result of oxidation of the blood in the capillaries under the eyes. They are not a result of lack of sleep as ppl often believe. There is a very expensive product on the market to treat this problem, it's called Hylexin. Here is a link to their US site - http://hylexin.com/?fp_keyword=TidalResearch&fp_source=All+Banners
I can't vouch for it as have not actually used it yet, but think I will be investing. If it does what it says on the tin I'll be a very happy girl! Good luck :-)

It's part genetics and part lack of sleep. Cucumber slices and chammomile tea work great for dark circles and puffiness. If you want a drugstore type remedy, Ponds Age DefEYE works great. It comes in a little pink pump bottle; It's filled with vitamins and nutrients and light diffusers. I love it and use it twice a day.....saw a big difference. I had moderate darkeness before.

For now a Vitamin E face cream.
.On top of that drink plenty of water.
It takes alot of commitment to drink water on a daily basis.
At first you will find that you will be going to the toilet more regularly than usual but if you stick it out the benefits are amazing.
It leaves you feeling completely alive.
Not just your eyes but your whole body will feel de stressed.
Just imagine for a moment... your body is a sponge.. if it doesn't get ANY water eventually it will disintergrate.
When you then add water and continually pour it on to the sponge, at first the water will run off but eventually the sponge will start to absorb it and before you know it you have a lovely squidgy sponge that you dare not keep in the bathroom because you know that someone else would feel tempted to use it.

It is lack of the omega oils exacerbated by late nights. During quality sleep time ie before midnight, your body works to repair the deficiency. You can help it along by taking an omega oil supplement or possibly evening primrose oil. Dark circles under the eyes are often found in hyperactive children because they have the same difficulty.

This depends on what colour of eyes you have.
Why do you need to get rid of them? It saves on make-up and can be attractive.
Sleep is the best answer to get rid of the dark circles.

Some people are naturally dark under the eye area. Try a light reflective cream under your eye such as Virgin Vie Out of the Shadows - it really does work. Also some cooling eye gel could help reduce any puffiness also.

dark circles below the eyes are not constantly linked with loss of sleep. it is likewise telling you which you're actually not getting adequate water. Drink a minimum of 6 glasses of water an afternoon and purchase an eye fixed cream to conceal the circles in the intervening time - i want to propose Garnier's youthful pores and skin selection.

It is a total lack of sleep. Your body is showing you signs that it requires more generation. You may feel as though you are getting plenty, however your body thinks differently.
Early nights with a good book and water with a twist of lemon before bedtime.
