This is a very confused lady !
1 - Your appendix has no effect on your ability to conceive or deliver normally. The scar from an appendectomy would not cause an issue for a normal delivery.
2 - A D&C is a surgical procedure that effectively terminates a pregnancy - and it would only be performed very early in an unwanted pregnancy.
3 - Even if you meant a C-Section - an appendectomy would not mean you had to have this kind of delivery.
There is NO connection between you appendix and delivery.

The gastrointestinal system which the appendix is part of
is completely separated from the gynecological system, which includes the uterus.
Dilation and Curettage(scraping)-Dilating the cervix to get to the uterus for scraping. A D&C will, in effect, be an abortion and no there would be no normal delivery. If you are speaking of in the future when the woman may become pregnant, still no, a D&C has nothing to do with having her appendix and will not affect a future pregnancy.
Unless there are other circumstances here, there is no reason for a D&C after or because of an appendectomy.
Is there another doctor that doesnt wear a bear tooth necklace whose office isnt a hut where you're at?

No problem at all. But it depends of when u had the appendicectomy, and when u r in labour? if it's more than a few months ( of course, i guess), it should not be a problem. If there are any prob with ur surgical site, u O&G might have told u, and the surgeon must have inform u when he is inspecting in a month after the surgery.

Yes. there are probably thousands and thousands of women all over the world who have had their appendixes taken out, and have no problem having a child later.

Your appendix has nothing to do with your reproductive system.

Yes she can have a baby normally, millions have, but why would she need a D&C?????

if things are healed it shouldn't affect a normal vaginal birth.
