It is possible to have a crush on someone on the Internet -- but for me, I can't just find myself having a crush on someone I never met in person -- but hey, that's just me.

got one better - we psuedo dated. he came down and saw me and i went up and saw him. it ended badly. i flew home early to very pissed off parents (i was 18, give me a break... at 25, i still think they over reacted). i never did it again, but i'm sure it could turn out just fine too.
it's just a matter of being smart. i made sure the first time we met we were somewhere public and i took my very large, very strong, very intimidating brother with me. no matter how much you talk to them, you don't know who you are going to end up meeting.
i did make a pretty good friend who i almost started dating online also, he lived much closer and we met at my house (20/20 hindsight - i wouldn't have done that). we just kind of drifted apart, we were very different from each other in person. talking on the phone and online it seemed we had a lot in common, but when he got the nose job, wow - a little too shallow for me.

Actully yes i have and it turned out he liked me to,but you have to be very careful cause there are a lot of on line preditors out there. So when i went to meet him i took my bestfriend and asked my mom to drive me this way i was safe. He's the best bf i ever could have. But like i said u do have to be careful. So if u do or r going to meet him please take u friend a long and ask ure mom or somebody to drive this way u don't get hurt. Good luck.

not really but grew to bbe fond of the person but the glass broke too soon revealing a very different picture and save me some embarassments.
