Of course we do have mood swings but our similarity ends here … I am talking about how prone we are to mood swings and how much they affected us or others
As you know, some will not admit it or can’t be bothered about it. This is not good. It would be better for us to think about our last outburst, learn from it and take charge as much as we could.
Wonder what is your view?

We do but to different degrees. If the swings are extreme due to hormonal inbalance or drug induced, this can be very disruptive to the person and those around them. The borderline between sanity and insanity is just the degree.

I've never had a problem admitting it.
And I even know how to recognise the symptoms in other people and cut them some slack to work around it with them.
Not too much, mind.
But enough.

I've got two hands in the air, but I have learned to think about my motives before reacting.
